Attorney William Carswell has been practicing law since 2000, licensed to practice in both Georgia and Alabama. Mr. Carswell is a member of the State Bar of Georgia as well as the Alabama State Bar. Mr. Carswell received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in 1997 and went on to earn his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Walter F. George Mercer School of Law in 2000.
